Ditte Milsted

Ditte Milsted is born in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ditte holds a BA in Film- and Media Science from The University of Copenhagen and is a graduate of the producer’s programme from The National Film School of Denmark. Ditte has worked as a production manager and producer for several Danish production companies, among them Alphaville Pictures Copenhagen, and is partner, producer and managing director at Profile Pictures. Ditte producerd the short “My Brother Karim” (2011) which won the Danish Academy Award for Best Short in 2012 and she won another Danish Academy Award for Best Short in 2014 for producing “Weekend Dad” (2013). She produced Jonas Arnby’s feature “When Animals Dream” (2014) which world premiered at the Critic’s Week during Cannes Film Festival 2014, and co-produced Grímur Hákonarson’s Icelandic feature “The Rams” (2015) which won Un Certain Regard in Cannes 2015.
